Lauren Noble, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian, eating disorder clinician, author, and nutrition educator with more than a decade of experience in clinical nutrition and eating disorder treatment.
Her eating disorder experience spans residential, outpatient, and multidisciplinary treatment settings, including work with The Bella Vita, Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders, Monte Nido, La Ventana Treatment Programs, and Alsana.

Lauren’s work sits at the intersection of nutrition science and psychological flexibility around food. She is particularly interested in helping people understand nutrition without turning that information into rigid rules, fear, or another standard they must meet perfectly.
She completed her dietitian internship with the University of Minnesota and the Emily Program. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Memphis and has additional clinical experience in acute care, critical care, and neonatal nutrition.
Lauren is the author of multiple eating disorder and clinical nutrition resources for both clients and healthcare professionals.
Lauren is the mother of a loving and strong daughter. In her free time, Lauren enjoys practicing aerial arts, roller skating, seeing musicals in LA, reading all sorts of fiction books, and watching movies at home her family while her cat Hamilton is cuddled up in her lap. She lives in Ventura, California.
